https://www.conftool.com/tei2019/sessions.php

The Registration Desk will be open each day from 8:30 am and throughout the conference until the end of the daily sessions, at the RESOWI centre. There will be signposts and posters showing you the way on-campus.

The lecture halls are equipped with a PC, beamer and soundsystem, as well as a presentation device. We will bring an assortment of adapters with us and will be able to accommodate most devices, but you are welcome to bring your own adapters if you want to be sure.
We will also have mobile microphones for Q&A sessions, and timing cards for the session chairs.
There will be a “work room” set aside throughout the conference, where you can find a quiet spot and plug your devices. Keep in mind that the Austrian power system is running on 230V. We will provide power outlets in the work room (there is only a very limited number of power outlets in the lecture rooms), but please remember to bring the necessary adapters for your devices.

The Opening Ceremony will take place on Tuesday, 17 September at the “Aula” festive hall on the first floor of the University main building, at 6 pm.
We are looking forward to the Opening Keynote by Jan Rybicki “What is text, really? A stylometrist’s rant” and to the subsequent welcome reception.

Also, there are still some places available for the pre-conference Workshops
on Monday and Tuesday.

If you have any further questions, please contact us at tei2019@uni-graz.at

The weather forecast looks promising, with temperatures of just over 20°C and no rain on the horizon, so we look forward to welcoming you to our lovely city of Graz!
